Ok so this is not from the deck but from our front porch... image stepping out side the house with a cup of coffee looking to the east and seeing this...
My hand at the first night photography... see the light streak that is a car... going i would say about 50 mph...

YES that is the capital in the middle of the picture.... some say we live in Wendover, NV... but who in the valley has views like these?
